Thinner plastic cards for mailing

Here at Selfstyle we can produce a range of plastic cards on thinner plastic which are used to lower the weight for postage when using mailing services.

They can still be printed in all the various processes we provide, meaning you can still achieve eye catching designs for your plastic card products.

All the usual enhancements are available for the plastic cards although embossing can be restrictive because of the amount of pressure required to imprint into the plastic. Embossing is restricted to 680 and 760micron plastic cards.
